3 days in Saint Petersburg

Q:We have a chance to visit Moscow and Saint Petersburg this summer in June. We've already been to Moscow and do not want to spend a lot of time there , so we plan to stay in Saint Petersburg for 3 days. Is it enough time for the city? And how should we get to Saint Petersburg – by plane or by train?
