A piece of Spain in Northern capital


 On the 14-th of May in a new Saint-Petersburg restaurant "Sevilla", located in the "Holiday Club St. Petersburg" hotel will be held the evening of Spanish cuisine and wines Torres.

Especially for the event is invited Augustin Vidal - a senior sommelier of one of the most known wine-making companies in the world - Torres and Serzhi Millet - a chief-cook of "Mas Rabel" restaurant, located in the estate of Torres family in Spain. Serzhi Millet is also known by his work in "El Bulli" restaurant. This restaurant, by the opinion of famous "Le Guide Rouge" Michelin, becomes the best restaurant during three years.

Guests of evening will taste Spanish menu and bright Torres wines. All dishes for the supper will prepare the chief-cook Sergi Millet. Augustine Vidal will choose excellent Torres wines for each dish. At the end of the evening, all the guests will have a chance to taste dainty brandy "Torres Jaime I".

 Supper will be conducted in the borders of Spanish cuisine and Torres wines festival, held in St Petersburg from the 13-th to the 15-th of May. Organizers of the festival are: Spanish wine-making company Torres, a group of companies "Svarog" and hotel operator "Sokotel".

The significant event of the festival will become tasting of wines Mas la Plana of old crop (1979) on the 13-th of May. To participate in the event are invited sommeliers of St. Petersburg's restaurants and the mass media.

The festival's gala-supper will be held on the 15-th of May, where guests will be able to taste famous Fransola, Milmanda, Celeste, Moscatel Oro and cult wine Gran Muralles.
